Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During new launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We currently offer:

  • Economy shipping: estimated 5–8 business days
  • Standard shipping: estimated 3–4 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders at $70+.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
Liz & Lo Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Liz & Lo Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need help, you can also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

We currently ship within the United States only.
