If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on eligible items.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A small processing fee may be deducted from your refund to help cover return handling.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Stickers
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at shop@lizandloco.com and include your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
